First contact within one business day
Call us at (909) 755-8782 or submit the contact form online. You will hear back from a real person within one business day - not an automated reply. We will ask a few questions about your Fontana home and what you are looking to build before scheduling anything.

On-site assessment and written quote
We visit your home to look at the existing patio or foundation, check setback distances, and assess how the addition will connect to the existing structure. This is where we identify any issues - soil conditions, existing slab quality, HOA setbacks - before you have spent a dollar on the project. The written quote we provide breaks out every line item so there are no surprises later.

Permit filed, construction begins
We prepare the plans and submit the permit application to Fontana Building and Safety on your behalf. Plan check typically takes two to four weeks. If your neighborhood has an HOA, we coordinate with them during that window. Once the permit issues, construction starts and typically runs three to six weeks depending on the project scope.

City inspection and final walkthrough
After construction wraps, the City of Fontana inspector reviews the finished structure and issues a final sign-off. We walk through the completed room with you to confirm everything is right before we close out the project. The permit record stays with the property as documentation for your insurer and any future buyer.
